- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
- Looped reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or provide false information.
4. User Responsibilities

- Avoid submitting duplicate responses or impersonating others.
- Refrain from attempting to manipulate survey results or earn rewards dishonestly.
Looped may review and flag suspicious activity, and any misuse may lead to account suspension.
5. Business Responsibilities
- Submit ethical, compliant, and non-misleading surveys.
- Avoid collecting sensitive or personally identifiable information from Users.
- Ensure that any rewards or vouchers promised are valid and redeemable.
Looped is not liable for unfulfilled offers or disputes between Users and Businesses.
6. Payment and Fees
Businesses are responsible for paying any fees associated with using Looped’s data collection or analysis services. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Looped reserves the right to adjust its pricing or introduce new fees at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, content, design elements, and technology used on Looped remain the exclusive property of Looped. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.
8. Data Usage
Looped may collect and analyze aggregate user data to improve platform functionality and insights. Individual responses are anonymized before being shared with businesses unless explicit consent is given.
9. Limitation of Liability
Looped provides the platform “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding survey participation rates, data accuracy, or business success. Looped shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of revenue, data, or reputation resulting from the use of the platform.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to Looped at our sole discretion if we believe a user or business has violated these Terms.
